The Associated Twin Cities College Housing Administrators (ATCCHA) is an organization that serves to participate professional staff members from housing offices representing the member Colleges and Universities of the greater Twin Cities area.

General Leadership Expectations

1. Attendance at one monthly leadership meeting and general ATCCHA meeting

2. Helping to plan and execute summer professional development days

3. Communicating with other leadership team members outside of monthly meetings

4. Spending time executing projects and assignments in accordance with the position

Jonathan Cardenas

Chair (he/him/his)

I am the Residential Services Manager at Macalester college. I love being in nature and exploring the state parks.

Kate Schmit

Operations Chair

Kate earned a BS from MNSU-Mankato and her M.S.E. from the University of Kansas in Higher Education Administration. Kate currently serves as an Area Director at St. Catherine University. She enjoys playing tennis, crafting, and reading!

Zachary Smith

Networking Chair

Zachary Smith is from Owensboro, KY. They have a BA in Liberal Arts and MA  in College Student Personnel from the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. They are a Residence Hall Director for George Draper Dayton Hall, the Grand Cambridge Apartments, and the Language Houses at Macalester College. They enjoy gaming, reading, film, and music.

Lizzie Barry

Social Media Chair

Lizzie earned her BS from MNSU-Mankato and her MA from the University of Nevada, Reno. She spent time as a Resident Director and Coordinator for Support Operations at Nevada before moving home to MN and is now an Area Coordinator at Gustavus College. She enjoys traveling, escape rooms, and board games.
